I went with borla on my mustang gt, I researched it for about 4 months and they added the most power and they gave it a much more deeper and loder tone compared to all the other company's that I looked into, the flowmaster was louder then stock but just didnt have that deep muscle tone that i was going for, hope this helps, if you have any questions just let me know ;)

my uncle put flowmaster american thunder series exhaust on his 89gt 5.0. not quite the same thing but they where nice.

Does the exhasut point out the back on thoes cars or point down? I know on my uncles gt they point down so they sound alot quieter than if they where on a LX wheres they would be strait out the back.

bassani is a good exhaust and flowmaster is a good exhaust. Either one of those you will be happy with.

We used to have Mangaflows on ours, gave it a real nice deep aggressive/slow rumble, sounded mean and yet not overly loud, we liked them because they wernt overly loud and have a real nice rumble, check out magnaflows site, they have vids of the car with their pipes you can see and hear. Also most their kits are designed to use stock setup, no welding required on most.

Heres a pic, sorry its so crappy lol we didnt have a digi camera at the time so i had to take a pic of the pic you can see what the tips would look like, we had duals but both tips looked the same so why post two crappy pics lol.
