Rear end of Arctic cat

Well i was riding in a pond and hit a tree that I could not see and since then I have had to rachet strap the *** end and a week ago I broke the strap any ideas as to how to fix it?

I broke the braket that the factory put on and have rewelded and made new brackets but nothing is working.

buy all the parts you need new, first you need pics though
