Well, traded in my 2006 Z-400 at the dealership last saturday for my new KingQuad. I really liked my Z a lot, but had more of a need/desire for a utility quad. Just learned today that the dealer (Cycle Design in Phillipston) sold it to somebody from Rhode Island. If you are that person who bought a custom Z from Cycle Design, it was mine. And it is awesome, not beat. Kinda miss it, so if it's yours now, take care of it!

Believe what you want. It was a genuinely nice used quad that would take over $8K to duplicate. The only reason I posted this is that I was hoping the new owner was here and I could ask them how they liked it. And, the fact that the dealer gave me well over $5K for it on a trade when some of the people here were e-mailing me offers of $3K (sight unseen) ought to tell you something. It was a must see. Bear in mind, I got over $1K more on my trade than what the full retail value of the bike was (according to KBB.com), so don't even go there with the "custom but not beat" thing.....I don't consider flailing a bike until it breaks "normal usage" like some other people do.

Yeah. Kinda random. That's what happens after a few adult beverages.

Hate to say it, but I really do miss the Z.

Been meeting some cool people in the KQ forum:D

there was a king quad down at little sahara with a bunch of work done to it that was beatin 450's. I cant list the mods because i dont kno the guy but i sure can say that it was amazing to see a ute run that quick. I also am impressed with the Can am ute's. They were keepin up with the 450's in the drag. Clutch22 saw it also.
