PM Jeff@thequadshop. he will be able to tell you if they worked out the bugs or not. I personally would go with the C-dale over the Z.

Thats a tough question...overall the Z is a smoother bike...ive riddin both...my uncle has a Z and i rode one of R&S performance c-dales...the cannondale has more power...i would go with the cannondale...light! better clutch..i dunno i have my reasons

If you're pleasure riding, get a Z, if you're racing get a Dale, it's as easy as that. The dale is set up for racing, the Z is setup for comfort with descent speed. I love my Z, but I don't race, just trail ride. Hope you're happy with whatever you get.

Cannondale all the way. Pay now instead of later. The Cannondale is set up good the way it comes. The early Dales had some problems, but the Z has plenty too. I have a 2002 Cannondale, and I have had zero problems. I am not sure about Suzuki, but if you have a problem with a Cannondale they will take care of it.

The only real problems the Z's are having are that some are bending axles. We've had our two since day one released and I beat the crud outta mine with no issues whatsoever. Suzuki is also stepping up to the plate when this happens and is replacing them for free under warranty.

i was informed before my dale purchase that all KNOWN problems of teh earlier dale's were fixed. the biggest problem that dale owners face is realizing it is not a mass produced quad that you can ride and just put away. if all the proper procedures are followed then it should provide you with all that you are lookin for. if the increased attention to maintenance is not your cup of tea, then buy the most reliable brand in teh world....honda. ;)

I agree with Kenny, I maintain mine and have had zero problems other than the ones I have created due to my jackass.

a dale will also be my next bike. as for problems, the late 02's and all the 03's are problem free.
