Elka shocks sitting for long time-okay to ride?

Hey all,
I have a set of ELKA ARC's (not hi-lo) long travels that have been sitting with the same shock oil in them for about 2 years....you think it would be okay to take out for one day of riding or should I not ride it until the shock oil has been changed? It squeeks a lot from the shocks having been sitting so long, when i sit on it.

nah not leaking....just hope the bolts are still good for my nerfs too...think it would be cool to ride with those in there? They're pro-pegs...dont want them to snap or anything when riding lol....would be severe breakage of the footage.
