have a 04 450r with a wierd headlight problem, lights were working fine and then just quit, head and tail lights out no brake light, seemed to come back on flickering with high rpms, then back off when rpms went down, now lights are stuck on, just bought a new handlebar switch thinking it was messed up installed new switch and lights are still stuck on. Cant find any loose wires or shorted,bare wiring
Anyone have an idea

Try checking the wire connecters were the rear sub-frame attaches to the frame.Maybe the wires are loose inside the connecter harness
