Glowing pipe

Ok, So I am working on my quad, just got my Pro Circuit Ti-4 full exhaust installed and put in a #185 jet and I have my air breather lid on. I fired up my quad and after idleing for a little bit it starts glowing a pretty bright red(keep in mind it is pretty dark outside) When I rev it there is little to no popping on the decel. I havent messed with the air fuel mixture or the pilot jet, After reading countless threads I am completely confused, I am seeing about 50/50 on people saying its Ok and other saying I am lean.

One buddy of mine says its normal, another says its not, and another says its titanium, its normal...


If I do need to step up my pilot jet, can someone tell me what is stock in a 06 trx450er? And what should I go to?

If you call the pipe manufacter they will tell you it's normal.I have a HMf full system pipe,and mind did the same thing.I went up 1 size with my slow jet,and it doesn't glow anymore.It also gave me more low end too.I don't know the slow jet for a 06er.

Stock main is 120 and stock pilot is 40 or 42 (can't remember).
