what class you running in?

down here we run the 600cc mini sprints mainly

I will be running the 270cc class at Bridgeport Speedway in Bridgeport NJ

that was kind of like what we had when we had the "texas mini outlaws" they were 250cc engines... they looked a lot of fun.. but being in a 600cc car is pretty sweeeeet :D

Yea 600cc micros are the perimer class here also, its just i did not have the money to run a 600. This is my first year in a micro i am commin out of 9 years in karts.

Yea i am sure it is the only problem is the money right now. My parents said i had to pay for the car and they would help with the rest so being only 18 a 270 is all i could swing. Btw you are a girl right?

Wow thats soo cool. All the girls i meet never want anything to do with racing, all they want is money to go to the mall. O well i guess thats what i get for livin in jersey.

well the sprint car racing was cool for a while, but the whole EVERY saturday night thing gets really old for me.. Im sort of tired of going to the same track and putting up with the same drama and fighting... I wont be going so much this year. I still like driving the cars though, I picked it up really fast.

Haha you bring up a very good point, and one of the reasions we left kart racing. The drama is like being back in high school, the same little clicks and bs. But o well i love the sport way toooo much to let something like that get in the way of me enjoying myself, and to not be at a dirt track every friday and saturday night would kill me, just the feeling you get when walking in the gates is something that cant be described. And i think the dirt makes the food taste better.:p

Yeah it got so bad here they started fining people a lot and theres a cop that has to be at the track at all times and there arent even 60 cars racing

Yea i cant talk my dad got kicked out of a track for a year bc he got in a fight over 50 bucks. O well i look at it as everyone showing there passion about the sport!!!
