need help bad!

my 400 wont start the problem is that the the push button does nt work at all. the neutral light does stay on when you hit the button we can start it by pull start and it will run fine could jump up and down and get it to work some times any input would be great

what kind of quad do u have because 400exs dont have pull starts. Im confused:huh

he probably means that when somebody tows him and he drops the clutch in gear it'll start. give a little more info.. does it turn over when you hit the starter button?

yeah its a 400ex and we someoe tows me in gear it will start but any way it does click or turn over at all more like a dead battery but the batttery is new as of dec. its been in our shop and dryed out and still not a thing

check your ground connection, make sure its all clean and connected.

i had the same problem, problem with me was there was dirt and paint etc.. between the ground and frame connection.
