Im not sure how to install the pro armor kill tether. It only has the 2 wires not the 5 or 6 that I have seen. I have done them on my 400ex and 250r but people say you cant wire the ltr the same way. Any info would be great!!

my pro armor kill switch broke the first weekend i installed it. the part where the clip pushes in broke during a race and i couldn't make the clip stay to make the engine start. i was pretty bummed. so i went back with a pro design kill switch.

Its pretty easy to install. All you need is some extra wire to run from the kill switch to the White Wire that is located above the front sprocket. I took off the plastic next to the air box and used an in-line wire splice. Then a couple of zip ties and your done

So far every thing i bought from pro armor didnt fit or didnt work how it should.(skid plates to-kill switch).

I was in the last lap of a race and had to fill up the tank and i got off to adjust some stuff got back on and the dang tether switch blew every fuse in my atv.

I got it in the mail the other day but I haven't got a chance to put it in yet but the instructions look like it would be a pretty simple install. As far as pro armor products go I haven't had a problem with em' I have skid plates, a-arms to swingarm and nerf bars. They mount up perfectly and work awesome!!

your gonna blow fuses if you have it wired to either of the orange wires located in the front under the light. I had the same problem. It has to be wired towards the back and it is the solid white wire above the front spocket. As fas as Pro Armor, I think its hit and miss. The swing arm plate I bought broke off after the very first ride with it on. I contacted Pro Armor several times but never got a response.

I wired it like the diagram they gave me from the back not under the hood.

dont get pro armor skid if you have nerfs or you have to cut the tabs off. I will most likely throw my pro-armor skid away and put a bling star or a ac skid on.
