Has anyone had any experience with cherry bombs for their 400ex. I am not sure what exactly they are supposed to do. can someone help

I thought cherry bombs were for the LTR450?

NO, this has been asked for the third time in the past few months, it works only for an LTR, you should know this if you have much knowledge in quad riding at all LTR=EFI, EX= carb, you cant use it on the 400ex........

It doesn't work on the 400ex but it really helps on the LTR's.

Easy guys, not everyone knows all the ins-and-outs of every aftermarket part.

The Yoshimura EMS CRBM (aka Cherry Bomb) is built specifically for the LT-R450. It's a plug in module designed to compliment airbox lid and spark arrestor removal. It tells the fuel injection to supply more fuel to go along with the extra air flow.

I like that it retails for $40. It's nice that Suzuki teamed up with Yosh to allow LT-R owners to "rejet" their rides without needing to spend a couple hundred on a FI programmer.

For a 400EX you have to use a pear or apple bomb.

its a 2 cent resistor with a plug that changes the voltage level in the efi which enables the race map. there making a killing off those things..
