xc sprocket gearing

wat size sprocket should i put on the rear. i cant find a 13 tooth front sprocket for the 400ex anywhere. i want to gear it down because its to fast for the trails i ride and i want more bottom end

get a bigger rear sprocket

1 tooth in the front =3 in the rear

Sidewinder has a 13 tooth and a 12 too.

They listed 12-16 front and 33-44 rear when I bought mine last fall.

I prefer stock with 20inch tires to tell you the truth. I 400ex has enough bottom end stock. PLus a 400 needs all the top end it can get in teh straits. My advise leave it stock unless you are rock crawling
