heel guards are important, unless you like the stockers, so if you want stockers go with AC standard, if not go with AC propeg

ims/roll pegs, ac standard nerfs!
I don't see why people say they need heelguards, it's all preference.

AC Pro-Pegs are definitely the way to go. They hold up great and are relatively easy to install. They are aluminum to so you don't weight your quad down with steel ones. They have double wide pegs which are really comfortable and don't hurt when landing a big jump hard.

Here's mine

i have ac pro pegs and i personally dont like them. they were very hard to instal, the pegs bent down and back. and your foot hits the bar on the heel guard and doesnt feel right. but i guess its all prefrence

my ankle does hit the back of the heal guard sometimes, but it doesn't bother me to much. There could be more space between the peg and the heel guards. Mine installed with a little persuasion, but nothing worth mentioning.

I have some tusks. They are sturdy and cheap. so if u are lookin for a nerf that isnt too expensive i would suggest the Tusks, i REALLY like them.

I had the AC propegs on my 400 and the heel guard bothered me, and they rattled alot, but i sold my quad shortly after buying them. A couple of days ago i was riding Allstock's 400 and it was worse since his pegs bend down. Imo if you dont want a heelguard, anything will do, even AC's, if you do want a heel guard beware of the AC's.

I really like my AC propegs. I have to admit the first time I installed em they didnt fit very well and it took 3 guys to get them lined up and the bolts in. Not that they are on they are great though!

If I had the money and had it to do over I would buy the blingstars. They are a definate ste up from the AC's. But with heel guards included they cost double.

I like my DG's! That little extra tubing behind the pegs is awesome. I couldnt go back to a quad without nerfs and just pegs and heel guards, it doesnt feel right....
