I am wondering if anyone has an aftermarket slip-on or full exhaust that they would like to part with, I have an old Cobra system, it sucks, the stock header and gutted and drilled slip on are better, the only problem is the sound and lack of back pressure, anyone, or what is a good deal on a new set -up?

HMF's are sweet, but cost an arm and a leg. What is the difference in power, right now I have a can and that is it, no back pressure, and the cobra didn't help any, what kind of gain will I get, and is it woth $300

I just wanna see what 'shootouts' he is talking about.... Says HMF has been on top for '4 years and running'... I wanna see that...

Quad magazine did a shootout with sparks, Yosh, HMF, and FMF.
Hmf came in right behind sparks for all around. You can get an HMF for $225.00 on Ebay thats brand new with jets.

Maybe I'm missing something....

I only saw the HMF Slip-on vs. the WB E-Series full dyno...but nothing else...

It was asked to put Sparks and Yoshi dyno slips up but none were...

I didn't see anything about FMF, and I highly doubt HMF outperformed Yoshi anyway....

Nono.... The link was to the dyno section. That guy has done dyno runs on all different setups. Just sent a link to point you in the right direction. The shoot out was a seperate thing. Outside of sparks the only real difference I have seen is the price of the rest.I have not noticed a bigg difference in most pipes unless they are whole systems over slipons. It all boils down to rider preference.

Like I said it all comes down to preference. And how much you wanna pay. I refuse to tell people one brand sucks or that they should buy what I have. In my shop if a person wants a Cobra I will install it, I may not think it's a good Idea and will let them know that but, If thats what they want thats what they get.
