It's the insurance. The insurance the current owner of the tracks (dirst and kar) has will NOT cover Quads. He will not change insurance companys, therefor, no more quads.

We have lost two of our tracks over the winter here in SW PA, we are currently putting together our own track (1/4 oval with TT coarse) for the 2007 season. I know its a haul but we would really like to have some of you guys come out once the track is completed.

yea i think accord is still going to race. There is a tt and short track in batavia ny its probley about as far as stony brook, they are both about 5 hrs from middletown

We have lost Stony Brook, they do not want us back in 07. We are still in negotiations on building a new track and should have complete details in a week or two.

The new track will be built and run by the quad riders, so we will no longer be at someone elses mercy.

well that is a great idea to have the quad riders run it and build it. they are the ones that really know what is going on. if its not too far i might take a ride out keep us posted on it.

theyve been running quads there for so long now and they just decide to drop the insurance for them....

i dont get it....
