My exhaust leaks where the end of the muffler meet the header, is it normal or a problem?

mine does a little too, take the two bolts holding the rear part on loose, NOT OUT, and then take a rubber mallet and hit the end of it, or put a 2X4 over the end and hit it with a hammer, and get it on all the way, then tightin the bolts back.

just dont go wale on it with a 12 pnd sledge or anything!!

Just use some high temp silicone at the joint, and you should be good to go.

It wont hold up to four stroke heat, it will eventually just blow out. Usually most four strokes will seal themselves from the heating and expanding cycles. From what I have seen anyways.

You might could try an exhaust clamp.
