1980 atc 70

i have a 1980 atc 70.it does run and goes threw gears but needs a little restoration.seat pan is rusted away and tank is rusted threw.has no front fender and rear fenders are crack free but original.300.00 i am in cape may,n.j. 08204. southern most tip of new jersey.
