instalation of hot cams?

can someone tell me how to do this. is there a how to on this? i looked but couldnt find one. also is this a good thing for me to try i have never opened or done any motor work what so ever haha. thanxs

It's fairly easy to do. There are how to instructions on the hotcam website. Not to mention, there are directions that come in the box.

I'm just about to do this myself and the link woodrowbt put up just gives me the added assurance that I know what I'm doing now.
