I bought a Motion Pro flywheel puller for around $20 and it covers quite a few machines by the big four (Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha).

Are you using an air impact to remove it? It usually takes the shock of an impact to break them loose, not high torque just the strike. If you don't have air tools, try hitting the end of the wrench with a hammer that will get them loose sometimes. :D

i used a 1/2 in air impact, and then tired hitting it on the head, and even tried heating it

mod440ex,
Are you sure that there's not a washer under the head of the bolt that might still be in there holding the tool from pulling? Just a thought, some machines have them and they are almost the same size as the hole. That would keep the tool from pulling properly. Thats the only other thing I can think of, usually they come right off with the impact gun. You might try tapping on the flywheel while pressure is on the tool and heat if you haven't already, that's a toughy I've seen them stubborn but never had to use heat before.
