raptor setup on 300EX

just got my 01 raptor rear shock for my 02 300EX and want to know what a good starting point is on setup. I weigh 200 full gear and would like some input on the following .. preload? it looks about halfway down. Rebound clicks and compression clicks for starters would be great. I assume it is stock setup from the raptor. Thanks.

I Just put mine on the way it was and seems to work good. Preload is just moreless for ride height so in the middle should be good.

I would put it on and go ride it and then you can tell what you need to adjust. I'm about 240. what I did was turned it closewise to its hardest setting and then turned it back about 1 1/2 turns. you could prolly turn it back 2 and be fine. If you think the shock is rebounding to slow or to quick for your riding area adjust for that too. Its the adjusment on the bottom of the shock.
