I've been trying to make my own animated avatar and it seems like it takes forever and there are tons of steps.
I'm trying to use a clip of a video that I have edited.
The problems I'm running into are that the gif is too large in file size and pixel size. With Microsofts gif animator, I can't go any smaller than 320x240. And I was going to try to link it instead of uploading it but I don't know where to host it.
Can anyone give me some tips on what software you're using? What settings you're using to get it to fit? And where to host an animated gif?
