you could try and take off the front spocket. how often is your chain jumping off? ya keep it adjusted properly?

i hope your running a case saver.... :eek2:

might wanna check your swingarm bearings...it sounds like something is messed up if your kicking your chain off that much.

how old is your chain and sprockets? like said above, try taking off your front sprocket. you could also have worn out swingarm bearings or axle carrier bearings, maybe thats why you keep losing your chain. are you running a case saver?

Well I should have said it has happened many times before to my friends blaster because that’s his beater quad and doesn’t care what happens, but I just got this 250r Saturday and my first ride it fell off. I kinda didn’t check all the bearing and stuff and my rear axle carrier bearing are SHOT and I can move my axle like 4 inches up and 4 inches down. Im going to try to take my swingarm off later today and see if that works. And yea I always run case savors because I learned the hard way and cracked a case before and had to ditch the motor because it was so bad.

Also who do you think could weld swingarm guard mounts on my swingarm because the one on there is after market and doesn’t have one.

The quad is pretty nice but need some care put into it (Sand off rust, polish everything, and a good power wash will do the job)

you need to replace the swinger bearings, and the axle carrier or else sooner or later you will crack a case, even with a case saver.

Adjust the chain and you may need new sprockets.

Don't forget when you go to take the axle and carrier out to check the condition of the carrier itself. If the axle moves as much as you say it does, you might have a damaged carrier too.

yeah, I'd rather pay $150 for a new carrier, $10 for new swingarm pivot bearings, check the chain/sprockets and save major $$$$ from an engine case repair.
