Can a CR kill switch work on pro taper bars without grounding on them?

Are you using an aftermarket stem and anti-vibe clamps or big bar adapters on your stock stem? If using the stock stem w/ adapters, these is a good change it will work. I doubt it will work with an anti-vibe stem, due to the rubber mounts for the handlebar. I question why? whats so hard about putting the green wire loop under the mounting screw and grounding it to the frame or where you are connecting the "hot" wire?? They work on my atc's and ktm without connecting the ground.
