Will a Maier 450r vented racing hood fit a stock 05 400ex without cutting?

yes it will,you just have to drill holes

I know this thread is almost 3 years old but this I need to know, I just tried putting a 04 450r maier scooped hood on my 400ex w/05 fronts the other day and the mount holes went past my fenders, theres nowhere to mount the front to, so how is this a perfect fit without cutting, and where would you drill holes? do other brands bolt right up?

i doubt it will fit because that was my friend who made this post and he never got the hood so i gues it doesnt fit
