lock nut ? how do i get that clip outta the end of the lock nut

Move the lock nuts away from c clip then use a punch to knock the clip off then you can take the nuts off

my bad i just seen that after i posted it up. i got it all apart and orderin a rad carrier here cuz mines shot.
