Ok I'll warm the 400 up in my garage for a couple mins., the choke off...i'll hold it near a quarter throttle for a couple seconds and crack it to about 3/4 throttle, most of the time it's pretty damn responsive, but it will puff a bit of black smoke...not a lot, but you can tell...know what i mean? My headpipes are not blued that i can tell, but of a darker color from what i can tell, maybe because I don't polish them fully. I run a K&N power kit, 146 Dynojet, Dynojet needle on 3rd clip, and airscrew about 3.5 turns out or so...does that sound about right? Stock pilot jet. It usually runs pretty good-although sometimes stumbles (loads up?) in lower ranges??, but I haven't really had it out to ride in a couple weeks, just starting it from time to time in the garage.

Any opinions on this?

Thank you

Justin

since you changed you jetting around and airscrews and all that ***** you may have not jetted it right for your elevation. check with your nearest motosports shop.
