I am rebuilding my 2003 Honda 400ex from the ground up. I have it down to the frame right now and had it gusseted. I'm going to get it powder coated next week. This is my first quad build up and I need some suggestions here's what I have so far:
-all new bearings and seals
-+2 Teixeira Tech A-arms
-Elka Long Travel Shocks front and rear with linkage
-2005 Honda 400ex maier plastics
-IMS oversized tank
-250R grab bar
-aluminum airbox
-+2 Teixeira Tech Steering stem
-ASV Lever Set (clutch perch, brake lever)
-Lonestar Axle
-Rad Bearing carrier
-Renthal Sprockets, D.I.D chain
-Ricochet swing arm skid
-Pro armor frame skid
-pro armor nerfs with peg extensions
-CT Racing Pipe
I'm going to wait until next winter to do a CT Racing 440 kit. But I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions on anything while it's torn down. I'm open to anything. Thanks for your help. I left out some of the smaller parts I have also.
