do i need to rejet?

i just got my Wb eseries put on today, they didnt have the K&N power up kit, so i just put on the slipon pipe,
i rember reading the instructions, it says i dont need to rejet with just the pipe ?
i also happen to have most my airlid cutout, so i get alot better airflow.

with the 2 of those should i rejet?

I would definitely do a plug check....most likely your going to need to richen up your jetting.
