anyone check on getting there head pipe jet coated?if so how much did they want to do it?

i know getting a set of car headers done is a lil pricey.

i read in a post that a member was charged $57 for jet coating

By the time shipping and all is done with Jet Hot you will be out about $100,,,the quoted me $75 to do it and someone else on here was charged $75 to do it,,,My local PC shop ceramic coated my header for $15!!!Pic really sucks and it needs a little more buffing but it looks nice!!!

i sent my header and heat shield to jet-hot. over the phone, they quoted me @$100. when i called and checked, they told me to send a money order for $57. i asked them, you mean $157, they said no, $57 for header and heat shield, thank God!
read their web site: last 140 times longer than high temp paint,
last 14 times longer then chrome. i dont have a pic yet, but it looks like jleable's pic of his header. this is metalic ceramic coating.:blah

sent pipes for both my bikes last week. talked to them today they
will ship out tomorrow. $78 for both w/heatshields. can't beat that will have pic up by end of the week

$35 for HPC coating on a stock 300ex pipe inside and out and My buddy paid $40 for his Raptor inside and out. HPC is the same as JET HOT.

why dont ay tell these folks where to send there pipes and some contact info...thats some mighty fine prices.:)

hey ebanezer how does that combo work, your e-series slip with a fmf power-bomb header?

I have not tried it yet. I had the e-series on it and I did not like the "bark" that it had and I was looking to quite it down a little. But I have heard the combo is very impressive for woods riding. My quad is currently torn apart getting a 440 kit and a hotcam. I will let you know.
