cant think of the horsepower gains of hand, but you will definatley feel an awsomne difference,

and about reverse the answer is no unless you buy a newer engine

don't slip on pipes usually gain between 2-4 horsepower? when full systems are like 7-8? thats what ive always read. i guess it depends on the pipe and quad obviousley.

Don't even bother trying to generalize about "slip-ons do this", and "full systems do that". Each case should be considered individually. What holds true for one situation doesn't mean squat to another.

if you dont mind " LOUD" go with the SPARKS x-6. That is if you plan on doing a lot of motor work. Carb, head porting n polish, cam, bla bla bla.... i have the x-6 on both my bikes and i love it. And the noise those pipes make when you have about 10 guys with x-6s is just crazy, sounds like the hellsangels pulling up.
As far as reverse goes, im pretty sure the newer 400's with reverse are not as fast. Anyways... who needs reverse.. grab the front brake, dump the clutch, and let the wheels fly
