Universal Wheels??????????

I put a add on a local site for a buddy of mine. He's looking for a set of Paddle tire and wheels. I get a call and ask the guy about the bolt pattern and he keeps telling me there Universal wheels.
I cant get a straight answer from him about it, he says they will fit everything after his modification.???
Has anybody ever heard of such a thing.!

if its a dual yamaha/honda bolt pattern, it will fit almost every quad out there. ive seen plenty of people drill both patterns in the wheels.
