maier plastic ???

i just got a new set of maier fenders off of ebay they should be here in about a week can i use the factory tank cover or do i need to order a maier one?

you have to use there tank cover, or you could try to make the stock 1 work if you have it

my stock one worked no problem. but it was the wrong color so i bought the maier. the side panels do work but you have to jimmy rig it and it looks like ****. they say you have to use the maier ones and there not lieing haha i tried using stock and looks horrible, dosent line up for $hit so i ordered maier

You said it!! I didnt know so about 5 months ago I got them went to put them on and they didnt fit. I rigged it together but now it looks like s**t. Once I get the money to spend I will get the ones from maier but im working on getting it rebuilt and running now.

yeah the colors may not match perfectly but my tank cover worked with mine.

where's a good place to get white 400ex plastic? no one seems to carry it but its on the maier website.

im not sure if they have white but i got my plastics from rocky mtn.

to make my stocker fit my race cut maier's I just cut off those little tab things and it works like a charm. Then I painted it black with the Krylon Fusion stuff and it looks great
