read the instructions....or know somone who has done it before to show you(thanks again buddy!!) for the rears stick the wheel inside the tire and mount the beads...be sure to torque to the specs...and fronts push the bead lock side thru the tire and mount bead then add air to seat the bead on the rear!!!!

btw wd-40 and a tire spoon needed or 2 good size flat heads:eek2:

just make sure the rings meet the wheel, dont over tighten them

tighten in a criss cross pattern

Don't Loctite.

Just go buy a torque wrench. you can get a decent one that is close enough and not too expensive. You don't have to have a snap-on.

I use this one in the field (incase it gets stolen). Works pretty good.
For 2-15 ft-lbs (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=94735)
10-50 ft-lbs (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=239)

Also, as bradley said.. tighten in a criss cross pattern, or you'll end up with warpage and leaks.

Go by the instructions Hiper sends you. And either use soap or wd-40.
And make sure to tighten it down going criss cross.
