For those trying to jet thier 440EX, I'de like to share my findings.
With the below set up, I made a 5th gear run at WOT for about 10 seconds, cut the engine and pulled the plug. At the time, I had a dynojet 170 in the carb.
I brought the plug to the honda dealer for them to diagnose. To my surprise, they said ... lean. To me the plug looked about right. Their honda tech of (17 years) said to go to a 175 main or maybe even a 180.
So there its is. He said try the 175 first, so I'll put it back in and take another reading to show them.
