Does any one know if a over size tank off of 2006 450r will fit on a 2004 450r

I believe it depends on what tank it is. The earlier IMS tanks are supposed to hit the carb on an 06 model, but I believe the later IMS models were made to fit either year bike. You can form the bottum of the earlier tanks to fit if you have the heat and time best I can remember.
