carb jetting question

I have a two brothers m7 slip on and a prodesign adapter w/k&n filter i bought a dynojet kit like an idiot and i also bought a 42 pilot, removed my choke and snorkel and running with the lid off . I am damn near see level like within the 100 ft mark in tampa, florida... i need to know what dynojet needle position i should be on, and the dynojet main jet sizes to try, also the air/fuel screw how many turns? any help would be great thanx

If all you have is a slip-on exhaust and filter...Most likley best starting place...3rd groove from the top...I would also look at the jetting forum in the how to do as well....
