Did Suzuki fix the shift pin breakage problem for the 07 model or does it still need the Shifter Pin Relocator Plate?

They did not fix the problem on the 2007 LTR450. So you will need this item on any 2006 or 2007 LTR450. This is a MUST have part.

NOPE! Not unless it's under warranty and then they will only replace the case.

Walsh race craft has a shifter pin modification. And it will fix a broken case.

'07s' also have a weak case, you should be ok if you are running a stocker or mild build, but if you want to start cranking HP out of an '07, you will need an '06 case. This has been found out by Team Suzuki and other builders, they are putting '06 motors in their '07 race LTRs', see info over on the HQ site.

some people were landing on the shifter or just jamming it and since there isnt much support for the shift shaft they were breaking...what this does is it supports the shift shaft so that wont happen...it is a good investment to make. And what they mean by false nuetral is when you shift from one gear to another is it will pretty much go to nuetral and you can hear the gear spinning.
