shock opinion

i have a 440ex with laager plus 2 arms on the front , it has works steelers with reserviors the problem is it bottoms out alot actually the frame is hitting the ground. my question is i also have access to a set of 04 yfz shocks that i am thinking
of switching to because i can adjust the compression and rebound.
just looking for opnions.

yea if they are adjustable you should go for them because, they are worth a shot because you have a problem with the ones you have now. What the worst that could happen, you put yur other ones back on because the yfz ones arent good.

Why don't u just get the works rebuilt? Sounds like they're not set up for +2. IMO, I would not go w/ yfz shocks. If you're going to swap shocks, go w/ 450rs. They would still need to be revalved for your weight, a-arms, and riding style, though.

cause he said he has access to the yfz shocks. whats the worst that could happen, you have to try something different.
