is there any aftermarket head pipe that will work on a stock silencer for an 05 450r? im looking for the most power out of a stock silencer and pass decible tests. I have a rossier full system now. thanks

um, theres always the HRC headpipe, and since the slip ons fit the stock header i dont see why the headers wont fit a stock silencer

well they made the HRC header for the 06 and 07s and i dont think they fit the 05s. maybe try a HMF or somthing:confused:

Theres no 05 HRC header.

And an aftermarket header wont fit a stock silencer.

Slip-on's fit the stock head pipe because they are designed different then the silencers used on a full system.

If you buy an HMF slip-on, then buy an HMF header that is supposed to be used with a full system, it will not work with the slip-on.

The mid pipe area is all different.

yeah that makes sence, ill just try to make the rossier pass decible tests.

you may try to size up an 06/07 hrc header

some exhausts say they fit 04 to 07 (not sure how)

there are a few hrc headers for cheap and may be worth a try.

why buy a full system just to take it off for the stocker? just get a quiet core insert?

you can buy a quiet core deal for the rossier to make it 99 dec

i did buy the quiet core and it stripped out of the end cap. and when it was in stalled i lost all my power.
