2002 adly moto theft recovery repair

Hey there everyone i need some help icame across a 2002 adly moto 90 for 200 bucks quad was a theft recovery for the most part it is in good shape other than the wiring the moron who stole it tried clipping and snipping wires to hot wire it so now i have to go about wiring ti back up correctly it has a new key switch and new shutoff switch from a eton but my buddy said it wont work. I have a 2004 z400 and would like to fix this for the kids but have no clue where to start i mean who even makes adly moto where can i get parts for this thing so on that note i guess i'm saying PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Adley engine is very tuff.
