Never heard of mastercraft!? I would say BFG but thats only cause I dont know the other brand. I was in this dilemma over the summer, I ended up going with mud king radials, and couldn't be happier, they were about $50 cheaper PER TIRE compared to the BFG A/T. They are wearing very good and have great bite in the goop, and are not falling apart and ripping apart like I thought they would. Very impressed.

my dad has matercraft on his fullsize dodge and so does a buddy of mine. good tire for the money. long life and good wear. i dont think they are quite as good as BFG myself but there not a crappy tire.

Ahhh they're the same as cooper, ok. Yeah I would go with them then! I've used coopers with good results.

Thornbirds look really cool but do not clean themselves out in the mud for crap. voids are to small and Bfgs have cool little thingys between the lugs to help reduce suction and clean the tire. I would get the Bfgs, sure, lots of people have them, but everyone buys them for a reason, I wouldn't doubt that the mastercraft is a decent tire though.

My dad had some Bfgs on this F150 with 100 thousand miles on them and still plenty of tread. Just replaced them only because they started to dry rot :p
