I have a brand aluminum sleeve insert for a 86 TRX250R cylinder, this will allow you to pick your favourite piston size, have the sleeve installed and bored, custom ported and plated!
Plated cylinders transfer heat better and are long lasting, unless of course you have a major siezure! 66.5mm-70mm

Asking $100.00 US shipped! PayPaL

I also have a semi machined 86R cylinder, $160.00 for both!

Thanks Jeff

So it has the big opening for the 86 intake, sorry but I cannot see it and thought it could possibly have the bridges where you just cut them out.

This is the 86 style big opening not the double bridged used on the 87-89's.

Thanks had to double check, I would have already sent the money if it were an 87-89.

IS that a ported cylinder or is it just machined for that sleve. Im a little new to 250R's so is this aluminum one alot better than the stock one? Also, i was going to build a 265-270 ported cylinder but just use my old cylinder. Would this aluminum one be good for that. thanks

Thw cyl.shown has stock ports, but I started to add 2 extra intake ports, other then that it is about 95% ready for the aluminum sleeve!

This aluminum sleeve will fit your OEM,86 cyl, just fit sleeve, do custom port and replate! Better heat transfer and more durable!

Now i am assuming that you would replate it with nikasil am i correct? Also, I see that you have a racing shop in canada. Could you pm me with a way to contact you. Since you are the one selling the sleeve then I shoulp probably talk to you about what i should do to make it work with what i am going to be doing to my motor. Like i said, i am kind of new.
