what to race?

i want to race something but four wheeler racing is way out of my budget i ride like everyday but im 17 and have a 250ex so that just shows how financialy challenged i am right now, i have looked into go karting but thats also expensive , does anyone know anything i could race that relatively cheep thanks.

Race XC. You really don't need to dump any money into a XC machine. Sometimes I feel I was faster on my stock 89 warrior then I am my LT 400ex:(

Well having raced karts at the local and national level for 10 years they are not as cheep as they look. They ARE race cars and take alot of time and money. As most of you guys know its not like going to the park and jumping in a go cart and riding around for 10mins. I sold all of my karting stuf this past seasion and am moving up into the micro sprint division and let me tell you micros are not cheep eather. My family and I sold the karting stuf b/c of a serious injury that hapent to my dad while racing in the yahama 100cc class, and due to the fact that we were alwas traveling. hey if you want to get in touch with me i race at hudson speedway on sundays. all i do is drive around town find junk cars that run that are EITHER FREE or cheap 100 bucks or less. all you need to do to race is wear long sleeves and a helement NO MODIFACTION has to be done to the car race it how you picked it up. only cost 20 bucks to race and you can race the spectator class which is soo much fun. because no1 give a **** about there car and we spin eachother out smash into eachother its wild.we have 1 on 1 drags, 10 lap race and a flagpole race (imo the best ever ) let me no if your interestead

hudson NH. if you go onto www.hudsonspeedway.com and click the picture page and you can see a few photos of me and my different cars. ( steve clark #81). right now i have a 88 mazda mx6 turbo and a 96 honda accord. last season i totaled 28 cars haha and flipped a few. its insane. they gave me mr.excitment at the seaon banqouet htis year but ya you would be surprised how many junk cars you can pick up for free or cheap money. i race anything and everything i can get haha. the best part is you never no if your car is going to finish the race or not haha alot of the time the body is totaled before the motor or tranny.

hell no i fricken hate them. They tried breaking into my house in vermont, and my garage in vermont. I have like 30,000 dollars worth of atv's and snowmobiles in there. Thank god they didnt break in cause we have an alarm system, they got scared and ran off. God damn hippies.

you could find a cheap 125 or 250 2 stroke and race MX bikes....sell the 250ex and bikes are alot cheaper, and you dont need a tralior or anything...a old frined of mine didnt have any money either...like none and he got a old 1992 RM 125 for like 600 bucks and beat most people on 250Fs

yea i thought about that bu i live on the power lines and would also need somehtign to ride in the sand, and i have seen some really good riders struggle out there, im just going to do the spectater races at hudson with 81 clark racing
