ipod nano help!!!!!!!??!??!???!

I have two iPods, a 4gb mini and a 1gb nano, I use the mini mainly because it is bigger but recently I stated using the nano because of the features. When I plub my nano into the computer the music on it doesnt show up, the only thing that does is show tabs of summay, music, podcasts, photos, and contacts. But all the music tab shows is the sync music tab and then all the playlists. how can i get the nano to show me what music is on there?

you have to hit the down arrow on the left, right where it says ipod. It should then show a music folder and the playlists. sorry i cant explain it better, im at school, and this computer dosnt have itunes....
its really easy, and once you do it, you will think you were stupid for not seeing it...
