Even a 96 would be very low for a full pipe. Try going higher.

Find out the elevation for your area, and give me the approximate temperature for this time of year. I'll come up with a jetting recommendation.

EDIT: I looked it up myself. The following setup should put you close to where you need to be. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE JET KIT INSTRUCTIONS.

1000 ft elevation, 30 degrees F

108 main (i'm assuming you're running a lid)
e-clip on the 4th setting from the very top
38 pilot with the air screw 3 turns out

below 3000 ft sea lvl temp around 35-43 but i wanna plan for wayyyyy hotter weather to. umm do i have to mess with the air screw?

did you end up rejetting to my specs? the jets you mentioned are too lean for stock, WAY lean considering your mods.

are you sure A 108? that seems way to big? but what about when it starts to get warm out?

for the mods you have and 1000 ft elevation along with the cold, it wont be. Maybe 1 size too big. I know when i ran a 102 with full exhaust/ no lid and stock filter it was lean in very similiar conditions.

It will run richer as it warms up.

Worse comes to worse, if i'm off, just describe to me what the bike does and i can tell you whether to go up or down.

well im running the 98 main with the fuel need all the way up... well as far as it will with is like the 3rd notch from the bottom for the e clip... it wont go down that far.... but with it like that im running it and i just checked the spark plug and its a dark golden brown and the metel is darkening black.

Dude you need to use spellcheck. It's not that hard to write a complete and coherent sentence with no spelling errors.

I NEVER use plug readings to tell me what my jetting is. There is so many detergents and additives in 21st century gasoline that it is VERY easy for you to misread a plug.

I jet all of my bikes on feel and sound alone.
