The wheel and hub are one! You do not run the OEM hub.

integrated hubs aren't made anymore, too many stripped out, probably because of the hub nuts being loose. I have 2 of them for a 250r and another for 400ex, almost 3 years running not one stripped out. They are nice, but can be a pain, if you change wheels alot.

Is There Any Advantages Havin Integrated Hubs?

they are lighter, I have 2 sets of integrated hub hypers(250r) and 2 standard sets and another 400ex intergrated. The intergrated wheels tend to stay on that bike, where the standard rims move from bike to bike as the riding type and terrain condition change. Since I use integrated hubs, I always have 250r and 400ex hubs with me and another set of wheels.

No, there isn't really isn't any advantage, if you are like me, and use different tires for different terrain and how wet/muddy the track is needs different tires, they aren't worth it. If you use 1 set of tires for mx and the other for xc, then they are worth it.
