I want to know if it's harmful to run my stock pipe without the end cap???

Because my bike is setted to run with a aftermarket slip on and when I remove the end cap on the stock silencer, it run strong at low end it didn't bug at low end like when I have the end cap on it.

it won't hurt it, you just won't have as much back pressure, which in a way would act like an aftermarket pipe. i think they sound kinda ugly without the end cap. i would suggest putting a slip on pipe on there when u get the money if u want more less air restriction.

what kind of problem are u having and what size is your pilot jet?, needle clip settting, do u have a jet kit, need more info.

I have stock pilot, 165 main, 3 down position clip (stock) and all the stuff in my sign. I just bought this quad and the guy who have it before just re-install the stock pipe because his aftermaket was stolen.

At very low rpm (idle is fine) the bike do rattle, bugs, etc and sudently it pull strong and hard. I don't want to play in jetting because with a slip on it run perfect.
