I dont know why, but lately I have been thinking alot about my 450r getting stolen! I'm thinking about taking out a policy for theft on my quad. We go through AAA for all of our vehicles, but I was told that Progressive has better prices on ATV insurance. What do you guys have?

If you need to, it will, but it will cost you more.

I got an online quote from progressive and it was like $325 for my 450r, I dont know if thats because of the area I live in or what? Seems a little steep. I think I should just call

It does not have to be in your name to insure it, I just call and give them the VIN, it tells them what year it is and what it is..

I have insurance through AAA on my quad. It's about 100 dollars for the year. I have it covered for theft, fire, and if I decide to crash into someone else, i'm covered. I also have my truck covered through AAA. Good rates, and I live in michigan as well.

location determines cost...

in northwest pa, i pay 120 a year for my 2000 400ex and 248 a year for my 2006 450er. both are full coverage with a $100 deuctible, and figure in about 2 grand in aftermarket parts on each...through state farm

Allstate costs me $140.00 a yr.

Geico is also a good insurance company.

yes allstate is a good company

geico is alright but it is much better to have an agent to help you out instead of a direct writer all you have is an 800 number

thanks jeremy
