I rebuilt my motor yesterday and it started but today I went to start it and the battery was kinda dead so I recharged it. I tried starting it but it wouldnt and then when my dad saw gas leaking I looked and my airbox was full of gas. I took out the spark plug and it was covered in oil and gas also. Anyone please give me information to solve either or both problems. Thanks.

sounds like ur float is stuck in ur carb and keeps leting gas come in so therefore ur air box will fill up...

what about the oil on the plug? Is that from just cranking it and not starting or is it that my piston rings are shot? It was just rebuilt 2 days ago so I hope its not the rings.

maybe the people who rebuilt it just did a bad job take it back and tell them to fix it

i think if the gaps on ur piston ring are inline with each other u will have blow by oil and it wont run it will keep fouling plugs..

I rebuilt it myself so I will have to have a stern talk with myself to make me redo it the way it was supposed to be done :D LOL. It is my first rebuild so I probably did do something wrong.
