Ask yourself this instead. IF you have a friend whos fat do you do anything to help discourage him from eating Wendys,Burger King etc... or are you just sticking up for him cuz your not doing anything about your own weight problem or someone you know?

ANYONE can lose weight they just gotta start eating healthier and STOP eating fastfood crap & soda!

Is it EASY? No. But stop complaining because everyone is laughing about a big dude getting owned.
